Leader is a European initiative for rural areas(funded by the EU and National government) which is managed and delivered by local people. It aims to promote and assist small rural business in North Antrim which covers the Ballymena, Ballymoney, Larne and Moyle District Council areas. This site will give you information on how the programme was delivered.
